Getting Up to Speed 2 G18-67
I did discovered that I have already used this title in this Giro d'Italia, but then I do the work long before I start using the computer to write this blog. That doesn't mean the title isn't appropriate for a rider just starting out on their time trial run. Chris Froome (Sky) has been having a bit of a yoyo Giro, but was hoping to use his superior skill against the clock to set matters to rights, again. He was able to move himself back up the general classification with today's ride, but the overall has almost definitely slipped from his grasp. He finished fifth on the stage which was enough to move him up to fourth overall. However he is almost four minutes behind the maglia rosa.
