With arms spread wide, Simon Yates (Mitchelton Scott) became the twelfth competitor to win a stage of the 2019 Tour de France, and that is out of twelve stages. Much was made that the last time there was 11 winners in 11 stages yesterday, so I wonder if this has ever happened before. Anyone know the answer?
