He did lost five seconds of his overall lead, but he lost 30 seconds to the Maillot Blanc of Egan Bernal (Ineos). Emanuel Buchman (Bora-Hansgrohe) lead the gaggle of the top ten across the line along with Steven Kruijswijk (Jumbo-Visma), Thibaut Pinot (Groupama-FDJ), Geraint Thomas (Ineos), Mikel Landa (Movistar) and just tagging on to the back, Rigoberto Uran (EF Education First) making the stage a draw. With just two more days of real racing, it is going to be full on tomorrow and Saturday.
