It was funny listening to Christian VandeVelde (former racer commenting on the race for NBC’s streaming service, Peacock) tell viewers to “not try this at home” for fear that we would all get our fingers caught in the sprocket, or crash while twisting and turning on a mountain descent. I don’t most of us could do what any of the riders in the pro tour are capable of doing.
