It is looking like Lorena Wiebes (DSM) and Marianne Vos (Jumbo-Visma) will be sprinting against each other at every sprint point throughout the Tour de France Femmes. The first four placings at the intermediate sprint in Charmes were taken by the break away (see the previous painting), but the next two placings had a two point differential. In her Maillot Vert (on load from Vos) Wiebes got the better of Vos in her Maillot Jaune. Trailing in the sprint points tally by over fifty points, Wiebes is going to have to get a few more riders behind her before Vos crosses the line behind her if she wants to claim the Green Jersey as her own.
